WELCOME to the Cash Practice Systems' Online Merchant Account Application for processing both one-time and recurring credit card payments with our Auto-Debit System.

To process payments with the Auto Debit System® for credit/debit cards and checking accounts, you will need to complete the merchant account applications below.

This should take you approximately 10-15 minutes and you will need the following information to proceed:

  • Federal Tax ID (EIN)
  • Social Security Number
  • Your Bank's Routing Number
  • Your Bank Account Number

After completing the online application, you will receive an email within 24 business hours with the merchant agreement for your electronic signatures.
